Some accessories (for example: manual, warranty card, Sim Ejector.) are not covered by this warranty.

You shall get the warranty services through imoo support for the products within warranty period along with the supporting documents (invoice and warranty card).
If the service policy conflicts with national laws and regulations, all the laws and regulations of the country shall take priority.

The Warranty applies only to customer who purchased the product in India and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchase/customer.

A valid warranty card and invoice are required to ensure the basic guarantee of your rights, please be sure to keep them safe

The warranty for the Product – for a period of 12 months from the Date of Purchase or proof of purchase. You are entitled to complimentary maintenance services by imoo support for any manufacturing defect provided the device is not being misused or abused, damaged or waterlogged.

Customers who purchase a imoo watch phone may replace it within 10 days, and will receive 1 year of free maintenance on the product, and 6 Months Replacement Warranty for the Accessories from the purchase date if there are any functional faults (For details, please refer to warranty terms or contact on imoo support).

Before we take you through the refund process, we would first like to apologize for the mishap and inconvenience.

Return/Replacement Process:

1. Provide clear pictures of the entire parcel: packaging box and phone device box.

2. Submit an application under the “order detail” page and follow the steps choosing the service type and filling the detail then submit.

3. After submitting successfully, you need to ship out the broken device. Our after-sale agents will continue the process while you wait for the feedback.

Unfortunately, we do not sell specific parts.

Our repair services are strictly limited to repairing or replacing your device. We will not be able to make any hardware changes to your device.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you paid by Paypal, refunds will be sent to your Paypal account within three business days.

The technical process of rooting or unlocking the bootloader does void the warranty of a imoo device. Meanwhile we strongly suggest for you to only root or unlock the bootloader of your imoo device if you are confident in your understanding of the risks involved. By accessing resources regularly unavailable to the software, you may damage your hardware during or after the procedure. Such damage is not covered under warranty. In warranty handling, we will first need to verify that any faulty behavior is unrelated to rooting/unlocking.
